Responsibilities

  • Schedule and hold Open Houses to generate buyer and seller leads.

  • Attend networking events and meet new people.

  • Execute our proven strategies to grow a bustling sales business

  • Schedule and show homes to buyers

  • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes for sale

  • Work closely with buyers agents to negotiate contracts

  • Network to source new business as necessary / follow up with leads

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs and help them buy!

  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer.

  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.

  • Guide 25 to 50 clients through the home selling/purchasing process each year.

  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.

 

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude

  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs

  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations

  • Display a coachable attitude and willingness to implement new skills and processes

  • Able to track and follow a daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plan in order to stay on top of prospects

  • Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.

  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.

  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee sales negotiations

  • Thorough understanding of the Florida FAR/BAR and AS-IS Purchase Agreements

  • Ability to modify and draft basic contract addendum’s

  • Ability to travel over 50 miles to attend offsite trainings with occasional overnight stay requirements

  • Ability to attend and participate in team events for clients.

  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues

  • Multilingual is always a plus!
